Terms of Service — Utility Apps

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of utility applications published by Sixes Software ("we," "us," "our") — such as phone, messaging, calendar, calculator, clock/alarm, and notification utilities (each, an "App"). By downloading, installing, or using an App, you agree to these Terms.

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1. License Grant​

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Sixes Software grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App or its content.
  • Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, or transfer the App.
  • Use the App for commercial purposes without our written permission.
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices.

2. Apps Are Tools, Not Guarantees​

Our utility apps are provided as convenience tools. Alarm, timer, calendar, reminder, notification, phone, and messaging features may fail or be delayed due to device settings, operating-system restrictions, battery optimization, network conditions, permissions, user configuration, or third-party platform behavior.

You are responsible for independently reviewing important alarms, reminders, calendar events, messages, and notifications. Do not rely on any App as your sole method for emergency, medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or time-critical alerts or communications.

3. Device Permissions​

Certain features require device permissions (for example: contacts, SMS, call logs, notification access, calendar access, alarms, or location). Features will not function without the permissions they require. Where a feature uses location (such as location-based alarms), location is processed on your device as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable Use​

You may not use phone, messaging, notification, or automation features to send spam, harass others, impersonate any person, evade communications restrictions, or engage in any unlawful activity.

5. No Warranty on Calculations​

Results produced by the Apps (including electrical calculations, circuit analysis, or other technical outputs) should be independently verified before use in any real-world engineering, safety-critical, or professional context. Sixes Software makes no warranty that outputs are accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific use case.

6. In-App Purchases​

Some Apps may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.

7. Intellectual Property​

All content, graphics, code, and trademarks in our Apps are owned by Sixes Software and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties​

THE APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ALARMS, REMINDERS, NOTIFICATIONS, CALLS, OR MESSAGES WILL BE DELIVERED, DISPLAYED, OR SOUNDED ACCURATELY OR ON TIME.

9. Limitation of Liability​

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIXES SOFTWARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPS, INCLUDING ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM MISSED ALARMS, REMINDERS, EVENTS, MESSAGES, OR NOTIFICATIONS, OR FROM RELIANCE ON APP OUTPUTS IN REAL-WORLD APPLICATIONS.

10. Governing Law​

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

11. Changes to These Terms​

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of an App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
