Terms of Service — Games

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of games published by Sixes Software ("we," "us," "our"), including Wordtris, Spanglish, and Trash Card Game (each, an "App"). By downloading, installing, or using an App, you agree to these Terms.

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1. License Grant​

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Sixes Software grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App or its content.
  • Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, or transfer the App.
  • Use the App for commercial purposes without our written permission.
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices.

2. In-App Purchases​

Some Apps offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. We do not handle billing directly.

3. Intellectual Property​

All content, graphics, code, and trademarks in our Apps are owned by Sixes Software and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties​

THE APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

5. Limitation of Liability​

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIXES SOFTWARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPS.

6. Governing Law​

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

7. Changes to These Terms​

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of an App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
