Terms of Service — Android Tools

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Android utility applications published by Sixes Software ("we," "us," "our"), including CircuitRA (each, an "App"). By downloading, installing, or using an App, you agree to these Terms.

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1. License Grant​

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Sixes Software grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App or its content.
  • Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, or transfer the App.
  • Use the App for commercial purposes without our written permission.
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices.

2. No Warranty on Calculations​

Our utility apps are provided for reference and educational purposes. Results produced by the Apps (including electrical calculations, circuit analysis, or other technical outputs) should be independently verified before use in any real-world engineering, safety-critical, or professional context. Sixes Software makes no warranty that outputs are accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific use case.

3. In-App Purchases​

Some Apps may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Google (Google Play) and are subject to their terms and refund policies.

4. Intellectual Property​

All content, graphics, code, and trademarks in our Apps are owned by Sixes Software and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties​

THE APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability​

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIXES SOFTWARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPS, INCLUDING ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON APP OUTPUTS IN REAL-WORLD APPLICATIONS.

7. Governing Law​

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

8. Changes to These Terms​

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of an App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
